At my junior school I remember putting posters up encouraging my fellow pupils to recycle more cans, paper and cardboard. Thurow, Roger and Scott Killman. Tristram Stuart's book 'Waste: uncovering the global food scandal', devotes a whole chapter to “Squandered Harvests”.
